magicHour is
Lyricist, composer, music producer, sound engineer.
His identity has not been revealed other than that he is a man in his early 20s.
Influenced by his mother's hobby of playing the piano, he took classical piano lessons when he was young, but he found it difficult to fit into the mold and began composing music using DTM on his own at the age of 13.
I grew up listening to 20th century classics, from the days of Tin Pan Alley and Delta Blues to 80s Funk, Disco, and Rock.
During his student days, he became interested in the hip-hop artists who were popular at the time, such as artists from Young Money, Chris Brown, and Wiz Khalifa.
I also started following club music because I was shocked by Skrillex's Bangarang, which was being played as a new song on the radio.
Artists I respect are Michael Jackson, Queen, and Louis Armstrong.
Producers include lrving Berlin, Quincy Jones, and Max Martin.
Based on his experience of listening to a wide range of music, the songs he composes are not tied to one genre.
The goal is to fuse modern and traditional to form a new popular culture.
